The lovely traditional house has been carefully renovated over the last year or so, and is arranged as follows :-

On the ground floor front there is a beautiful apartment. The private entrance door leads into the newly fitted kitchen/diner.  There is a TV point, electric cooker. washing machine and integral fridge. All with granite work surfaces. There is well water and a new pump. The plot is divide in half to A and B, but all on one article number. If an accommodation business was begun in the house, then there is a possibility to ask to extend the business to build a block of three holiday aprtments on plot B .The area is zoned for apartments. Permissions have to be sought. Gois is a popular tourist spot and is developing all the time.

 
A hundred metres from the house is one of the several river beaches in the area. The river flows through Gois town and is very picturesque. The house is on one side of the river, and the town is a stroll away on the other.
